Assistant Technical Manager

Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Building Surveyor, Authorised Person or Building Services Engineer
- 3 years' post-qualification experience in managing both of the builder's, E&M maintenance and installation works, particularly for commercial properties
- To lead a technical team for the repairing, maintenance and fitting-out works of the Group's properties
- Strong leadership skill that could drive quality services
