POSITION
Assistant Estate Manager
DEPARTMENT
Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Facility / Property Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive property management services of the Grade-A commercial buildings & shopping malls
  • Supervise both property management and technical teams to provide full range of high standard service
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure, excellent communication skills
