Duties:

• Monitor the large scale of high quality residential and commercial property development
• Review of designs, specifications and documents, liaison with consultants and contractor as well as supervising the workmanship for building services installation
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants, government bodies and various parties to achieve development objectives on building services and E & M works
• Plan, monitor and control the building services installation in accordance with the statutory requirement

Requirements:

• Chartered Engineer, member of HKIE / CIBSE
• 10 years' experience in building services design and building project management, of which 5 years in managerial level, preferably with property developer
• Proactive, strong planning and organizing ability with good problem solving skill
