Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager
DEPARTMENT
Sales & Leasing Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate, Chartered Surveyor (GP) preferred
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years in managerial level
  • Relevant experience in managing shopping malls and/or commercial buildings with sizable developers
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, strong market sense and able to work under pressure

(Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Leasing Manager)
